England Bring Back Saka But Jude Bellingham, Phil Foden & Grealish Are Omitted
Bukayo Saka has recorded a dozen goals in 44 appearances for England.
England have recalled Bukayo Saka for upcoming matches versus Wales and Latvia, but there is no place for Jude Bellingham, Foden or Grealish.
Arsenal forward Saka missed the previous qualifier victories against Andorra and Serbia due to a muscle problem.
Saka made a comeback for his club and scored in their victory against Olympiacos on Wednesday.
The England international comes in for Arsenal team-mate Madueke, who is sidelined until November because of a knee injury.
England meet Wales in a warm-up match at Wembley this week prior to a World Cup qualifier in Latvia on October 14.
If England win in Latvia, they will need a just two points from their final two qualifiers against Serbia and Albania in the next month to qualify for next summer's tournament in North America.
Bayer Leverkusen defender Jarell Quansah comes in for Newcastle's Tino Livramento, who is sidelined for two months after sustaining a knee injury against the Gunners recently.
Elliot Anderson and Djed Spence, who earned their first England call-ups previously, retain their places. Ruben Loftus-Cheek also remains in the squad, even with the recovery of Adam Wharton.
Saka has only played a single match for Tuchel since he became England manager, due to fitness and hamstring injuries.
The midfielder missed the previous squad as he recovered from a shoulder operation and has only made one start for his club after coming back from injury.
The Manchester City player was left out from the coach’s previous selection following a dip in performance and has been unsuccessful in returning, despite a impressive beginning to the campaign with Manchester City.
The forward also is excluded despite a revival in form on loan at Everton. He has not featured for the national team since last year.

'Attention turns to excluded players'
The manager’s latest England squad brings scrutiny on those the boss has left out rather than the included names.
Bellingham’s omission may raise some eyebrows but the coach believes there is no rush to recall the Real Madrid star.
City’s Foden and loanee Grealish have both performed well at the start of the season.
The players Tuchel utilised in England's qualifying victories against Serbia and Andorra merit the reward of continuity.
There will be disappointment that Arsenal's Madueke is not involved because of injury.
The Forest player has settled well at international level.
The England boss is a admirer of the attacker, especially, as well as Foden.
If there is one surprise, it comes in the absence of Crystal Palace midfielder Wharton.
Bellingham, naturally, will be required in the future.
